Sweven is a new word to me. It's a noun, meaning a dream or vision. It's origin is Old English: swefn (dream).
I think it would sound odd to use sweven in everyday conversation. It's a beautiful word though, and I can imagine it used in a poem or fairy tale.
I've had vivid dreams since I was a child and I often remember them. Sometimes I write them down. My dreams have even helped me work through emotional turmoil, grief, etc.
Have you ever heard the word sweven? Also, please share your experiences with dreams or visions.

Thank you @JudyEv. My husband is like you. When he occasionally does remember one, it's a big deal to him.

I have never heard this word before. Sort of like a tongue twister if you had to say I saw seven swevens. I have not had a good dream in a while but there are dreams that have been so vivid I have them written down and even remember them to this day.

Thanks @ RasmaSandra. I agree that sweven is a little bit tricky to pronounce.
Yes, some dreams are so personal and profound, we feel that we must keep record of them!
