What's the big deal in changing in your mind?

Every change that is good and valid to bring about a positive transformation is amazing because it's always bring something incredible. I think is the kind of change that always needs to be in constant motion. So, sometimes - as now - I wonder: Why so many people are afraid to change their minds (even knowing how wrong they are)?

Change is required in life. I'd rather changes that come spontaneously, not changes that are forced :(

i feel like every 2-3 years, all of my convictions in life change, it's like i become a whole new person.. because of that, i can't trust myself with important decisions anymore (getting married, leaving this job, moving to this or that city ;;), i mean, what if i change my mind after 2 or 3 years !

LIke you, I think we need to be flexible and willing to change when we come up with better ideas.

It could be their ego. They do not want to admit defeat or being wrong.
