Good morning myLotters. Today I woke up a little sore due to some working out I did yesterday for a Project I am currently working on. Do not know where It would get me, but it is indeed enjoyable. I will post about that another day. I just got breakfast, it was delicious. I had beans, omelette and arepa. Arepa is a traditional dish made in Venezuela and Colombia, which is made of maize flour and coffee. Don’t know if you ever had any meal with coffee, but I do it and I love it LOL. Weather outside seems to be friendly today, not that sunny, a little cloudly and breezy. Just how I like my weather. Below there will be a picture I captured a few days ago of a sunny sky in Caracas.

Hey Alfredo I am sorry to hear that, well there is nothing better than spending the day indoors. What about watching a movie? Or a DVD concert, I would play Aphrodite concert by Kylie Minogue, If you haven't seen it yet, I beg you to see it. It is wonderful.

Definitely going to have to check out Arepa... that sounds quite interesting and not something I ever even thought of. So what am I up to?? Letting everybody pamper me. It's my birthday ;)

Arepa sounds interesting, maybe I will look up the recipe online.
It is Sunday night here. It has been a cold weekend, and I have spent a lot of time inside. Right now I am mylotting, listening to music on YouTube and practicing some languages on Duolingo.

@jvicentevalera Yes, we try to keep warm. I am wearing a sweater and I use my blanket while I am writing on my laptop. A hot drink is also nice. I started using Duolingo half a year ago, and I try to do some lessons every day, it is nice to learn something new

Yeah, in fact they're not that hard to make. You just have to add some water and you're almost done. I am planning on posting about it later. Get warm okay? When the weather is cold I try to stay as much warm as possible cause I get colds so quick. Regarding on Duolingo I have heard about that app before, I haven't used it, but it is the best so far to learn quickly and useful English, or other languages!

I have been meaning to buy some harina P.A.N. at the supermarket to make some arepas. I haven´t had them in ages.

@whiteream I had a good weather, it was nice! I would've wanted to be in a pool, but you know we can't have it all! LOL I still feel a little sore, but it will pass. How is your Monday going?

@amitkokiladitya I am do glad to hear that. Well I met with a friend. We visited a really nice place in town, it is sort of a park, and it is all green and clean. Maybe I will post about it later.

@snowy22315 You are certainly right. On Saturday I had an intense working out session, the next day I woke up with all my muscles sore. I guess by tomorrow the pain will be gone!

@1hopefulman That's right Felix! You know what gets me pissed? When I am about to go out and it starts raining, and even more when the day before it was all sunny, and I didn't even have to go out.

Hey Danna. Thank you for saying that. Currently things in Venezuela are a little hectic, not only politically but also economically. I hope when it's all settled down we can receive so many wonderful people like you. Regarding your question, not at all. the maize flour is only to make the arepa, it is not supposed to be blended with anything else. I will try to post about, sort of like step by step preparation for you all to see. You know what's good, that the arepa is cooked in less than 8 minutes. It doesn't take that much. @jvicentevalera It's summer here in India.Temperature has crossed 43 C.Two days back we had a couple of cloudy days and a little rain due to the cyclonic storm Fani in the coastal area,but now it is sizzling hot weather again.....Thanks for sharing the beautiful pic.

Oh that's really hot! I hope you can drink a hot lemonade to keep your throat fresh! In my city is breezy and sunny day, but it wasn't hot at all!

@Shivram59 Oh so sorry to hear that. I would not be able to handle it. In my country, there's a state where the emperatures are so high, they can be 40C I would not like to live there at all!

Oh, is it raining there too? Some other mylotters told me that in their locations is raining, and is chilly as well!
