Maybe He Was Playing With Me

Him going to prison I believe. He was the outcast why we were friends I suppose. He was and is different than his family and friends. 2 Of them went on to do really smart things. I do not know, going by what he tells me.
I can believe it because they were smart as all hell, not like him and I.
We were joking about it.
Went to bar last night and this guy looking at me all crazy. I am like crap, this guy wants to start crap with me. No, turns out he knows me and we went to high school together. Why the detail of the catching up.
Anyway, how have you been? Better now, got out of prison and been about 10 years, said he was in for 8 years.
Then he goes check this out, pulls out an ID card that says FBI informant or said something, but was red and not your normal FBI ID card. . I am like what the hell, are you trying to get killed? Put that away. I do not care, I roll deep and have people looking out for me.
I say, homie, love you, but do not rely on that. I do not know if that was some kind of joke, but he showed another guy and this guy I think is a drug dealer, he seemed to go interesting and cracked a few jokes. I was just shaking my head and hope the FBI does actually make ID cards for their informants.
Then again, have to know who is who. I was straight baffled. Anyway, good to see him and he was always chill. Probably drug related why he got locked up. This was his favorite Album, maybe band, but he used to go in and say I absolutely love Pearl Jam 10. Mookie Blaylock. 
The company I keep, you say, why I am loner, could have been in so much trouble in my life with all shady characters I have come across. I am like screw that, only person messing up my life is me.
