What's for dinner? May 8

What is going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I am having a bacon-wrapped filet mignon. To go with it I am having a baked potato, sauteed mushrooms, and some cucumbers marinated in balsamic vinegar. Nothing fancy. I don't feel hungry yet so I won't start cooking for another hour or so. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

That sounds awesome. I had the remainder of a PF Changs bagged meal that I made the other day. I also had leftover rice to complete the meal. I liked their bagged meal, but honestly, I don't think it is worth the price.
