Right now, Criminal Mind reruns have been on for the whole morning. I will make a rice pudding as dessert of Tania´s visit tomorrow and then I´ll take a nap with them all. Do you take naps with the TV on?

I learned the beauty of naps when I was on chemo. No energy at all. Later on, I grew addicted.

I never took a nap until I started chemo. Then my whole body changed and the change is still here.

@LadyDuck Before that, not even when I was a child I could take a nap. The gown ups made me go to bed after lunch, but I would not sleep.

I finally did not take my nap. Just at that time there was a shooting on TV. So now I´ll go for another coffee.

I used to nap with the TV on but now I can't, the light bugs me too much apparently haha My mom and grandma both cannot sleep unless they have the TV going.

@DesirousDreamer Since I live Alone, I have discovered that I need TV. If not, I feel the soung of the refrigerator and of squeaking boards. I don´t like that.

@marguicha I go to sleep to white noise like rain sounds and such. I feel so much more rested with that than silence or tv noise.
