Is diet and exercise enough?

Do you think that its enough to shed the pounds? How much weight do you want to loose?

I think that diet and exercise is enough to shed the pounds. I have 80 pounds of baby weight i need to lose cuz i had my kids back to back. I have already lost 20 lbs in 5 weeks from just diet and exercise. I joined a gym and do workout videos at home. i work out at least 4 x a week. Also if you want to lose weight that way you need to watch your calorie intake. I eat about 300-400 calories less than i'm suppose to and that seems to work for me. I read that you should eat 500 less calories a day to lose weight but that seems to work for me. Hope this helps you.

I would like to lose 70 pounds to get back to a level where I felt I looked my best prior to having a child. (I had already gained weight prior to becoming pregnant - that is not all from the baby). I haven't been motivated enough to stick with anything but I really want to look better again.

So you should try lipozen. I love it and have lost alot of weight from using it. I payed almost $100.00 for it off of t.v. but have seen it in walmart now for $20.00. Give it a try and tell me what you think.

yes i think its not enough . in my opinion just join vlcc . its a best way to loose weight

I think diet and exercise is enough to shed pounds. You have to make it a habit and do it for the rest of your life. I use to walk five miles a day and that kept me good shape but, know I have a bad back and can't. I would like to loose 64 pounds. God Bless How about you?

I lost alot of weight from just eating less, and almost no candy and coca-cola. And running running running.. I think anyone can loose weight and become fit again, you just need to be stubborn.

Good diet and regular exercise is good enough. Don't have to loose weight, can just maintain.

if someone has a disorder or chemical imbalance, it may not be so easy. but generally, diet and exercise is enough. i want to lose 15 lbs by the end of the year.

when my boyfriend & I got together a year ago I was about 117lbs, around april of this year I gained about 20-25lbs. I really want to get back down to what I was but I love food to much to diet lol & I hate exercising, but I realy need to start. so yes, I think that diet & exercise together is enough

I wanna lose 6 pounds so I just started recently walking again - an hour in the morning plus some swimmiung inthe afternoon - I don't really diet though I still eat what I want - so lets see whether its working - i will report back in another 4 weeks

Yes a healthy diet and exercise is enough. You just gotta stick to it... I have 15 lbs to lose still after having my baby. And I'd like to be smaller than that, so we'll see.
