I am definitely NOT like this anymore but I used to have this notion that if I haven’t seen or experienced something then it’s not 100% true. One example is when someone claims to have drank too much and didn’t know what they are doing anymore. I have gone through hangover before but I didn’t get to the stage where I don’t know what I’m doing anymore. Little less control of my actions yes but never unaware. I just thought of this while at work this morning. I promised myself not to think like this anymore.

@weevee18 Thinking back of my rash conclusions which I made when I was young, I feel so embarrassed. BUT from that, I have learned not to repeat.

@YrNemo it’s very normal. Even I had a lot of regrets.

That was when I was younger, now I don’t like it very much. You’re very keeping away from booze. Let’s live a healthy life.

Forgetting what one does from overdrinking is possible. They call it a blackout. A blackout is amnesia for the events of any part of a drinking episode without loss of consciousness. It is characterized by memory loss of certain things you did or said. Of course, its also true you can't believe everything you hear, especially from news programs.

you can never be 100% sure, leave some space for the doubt.

That's a great thought. We all tend to change in our course of life, that's how we become better person day by day.
