Feel like just surviving on mangoes

We have loads of mangoes that our gardener harvests in lots every other day. I love mangoes and feel I should only live on them for the next few days. Mangoes have no cholesterol but only calories. Wonder just eating them and nothing else will take care of my calorie consumption Reports have it mangoes are low in calories but high in fiber. What say?

I have read that it's full of goodness. There were myths circulating around this fruit but all have been busted. So indulge in it till they are here.

Despite being high in sugar it is not a high calorie fruit

Not only in low cholesterol, but also good in vitamin C. I also read that it helps fighting cancer, due to its antioxidants. So the time is now to consume mangoes!

A mango has more or less the same calories as a big apple, but it has more sugar. I like fruits, but I feel the need to have a variety of fruits, not all the time the same.

@LadyDuck I also distribute what fruits grow in our garden but there is always surplus and do not take me literally. I will never be able to live only one mangoes every day

@allknowing I have an apple tree and in season I donate so many apples. We never eat the same things for several days in a row. I make cakes and fritters with apples, we eat some, but not every day.

Maybe for a day or 2. But then you would want something different.

I have never had a mango but if you have such a big harvest no reason not to eat a lot of them.
