Hitting The Hay In A Bit.....

.....But I wanted to make a random post first. I have no idea where I'm going with this so please bear with me lol.
I've been picking my best friend's son up from school off and on within the last two weeks. There was a family emergency, and she's been my best friend since high school, so of course I'm gonna do it. I live close to his school anyways, and work from home. I'll probably pick him up tomorrow as well. I'm not going into details because it's not my place, but thoughts, prayers and good vibes for them would be appreciated.
Usually my best friend comes to pick him up, chit-chats for a bit and leaves. Today, she took me to the bank to get money out, and then we (her, her son, two of my nieces and myself) went to some small festival/party at the little guy's school. I spent $5 on tickets, and the youngest niece used them for a game, candy and small toys (her older sister didn't want anything), and she was fine with it. We weren't gone too long, but we had a good time. :)
I watched the series finale of The Big Bang Theory with my Mom earlier, as well as the season finale of Young Sheldon (OMG, that ending!) and a Big Bang Theory special. I haven't watch The Big Bang Theory as much as usual over the last few years, but I'm still gonna miss it, and it's weird to think that after 12 years, it's over. It's a good thing it'll be on in re-runs.
I have no idea if I'm going anywhere this weekend. I mean, I can always take a walk if I wanna get out of the house. I think WWE Money In The Bank is on Sunday, so of course I'll be watching that. I'll probably do a little work tomorrow (aka today lol) and just chill on Saturday and Sunday.
Welp, I'm already running out of things to say. I'm kind of busy, plus I wanna go lie down soon. Sooo, I'm out. You all have a good night/morning, and take care. :)

That's wonderful of you to pick up the little guy from school. I'm glad you all had fun at the festival. It's time for season finales. I don't watch those ones, but I've seen one that was such a cliffhanger and left everybody wondering what the heck happened. I can't wait until fall when it returns.

Aw thanks. I don't mind, he's my buddy. :) My Mom watches a few crime shows that end in cliffhangers. I don't think any of mine have ended in cliffhangers this season. The Big Bang Theory ended with closure, as it was the series finale, and the Wahlburgers one will also be a series finale.

I've been the same, and I'll miss it. I'm glad it ended on a happy note with everyone, and that Sheldon may have learned a thing or two about being more considerate. I don't know if you watch it, but the ending of the season finale of Young Sheldon, oh man that got me lol.

Thank you so much. I think things are getting better, and I hope it stays that way.
It was small, and we didn't stay long, but we enjoyed ourselves.
Right, and it's weird to know The Big Bang Theory is over. We're in the final season of Wahlburgers too. :(

@Courtlynn Wahlburgers you mean? It does suck. :( I'll miss it for sure. But it's been on for 10 years, so it's possible the family is just ready to move on from being filmed (but don't quote me on that).
