I wrote a post on a luncheon meet I have planned for friends and family which will be in a posh hotel. I should have actually bought a new outfit but instead I will wear the same outfit I bought for that Christmas party but put on a shrug over it which will give the outfit a new and formal look.
It was quite a search - took me hours - but finally managed to find one on Amazon in

I do a lot of such things to bring a fresh look to old clothes if they are still fine and usable.
I love shrugs. I have a few and now I can share my wardrobe with my teen and so I have even more trendy ones.

That is a smart way to do it. Many outfits can be changed dramatically just by adding a new piece to them.
