Yes, with the blessings of nature Saturday was a good for me. Things are again on the same boat today Regarding my son, I don't know what is wrong with him. His tuition teacher told me he is good on understanding, that was his initial remarks as he started his tuition with him this academic year (in April). Then he can't perform well in tests. May be he will improve on coming days. I do not worry much same time I am concerned, he is in 7th standard at present, if he can't do well maths now then he will be in trouble for coming years.

@Sreekala , Please don't worry this age is something like that! I am sure with the time to come , he will be alright and pay attention to his subject by sincerely concentrating at it!

@AKRao24 He is in a hurry to do sums, on reading questions, he thinks, he know it well then making careless mistakes. This is going on with him. I hope he will be matured enough in coming days.

It was from our terrace dear, after the rain the pants looks healthy indeed. He is good in class and everything doing in the proper manner then I don't know what went wrong with his tests.

Here, I can't blame the teacher either, because, when he understands the concepts, he become overconfident then messed up everything. He, himself told me, sir is taking class very well. It is his problem by making careless mistakes and loosing marks. His nature should be changed.

@Sreekala oh that's beautiful Well about your son, the tuition teacher has to do anything to make him understand the subject otherwise no use of tuition. You know my niece is very intelligent, 100% she scores... but don't know how come suddenly she skipped a few school days, in class 4, and she missed the important chapters of mathematics and because of that she couldn't understand the next chapters of maths. And she couldn't score 100%in maths. I think she scored 60-70% I felt very sad for her because the same had happened with me in school time but no one was there to help me. And she never scored this less. So i decided to teach her what she left.. I gave her tuitions for 2 months And in that upcoming exams she literally scored 100%in maths. She was so happy and now she's in 8th and she's brilliant. Her favourite subject is mathematics and she says maasi because of you in class 4 I could make up.

He is going for tuition with a professional maths teacher, that is why I worried on his low score.

@Nakitakona He make careless mistakes on doing solutions. So naturally his answer become wrong.

Now it is extreme hot even though I am putting water twice for plants, it looks so weak. He is doing more practice now.

Just because of the rain dear. I always make a point to water them on daily basis, even though it is owned by the house owner, I am doing that job, since we reside on the top floor.

He is doing this way with the tuition dear. if he is not going for tuition then I would take steps on arranging a teacher for him before writing the same here. His nature is, but hurry type so careless mistakes will be there.

@cacay1 I have mentioned about his performance in tuition class. His school units test (first one in this academic year) will start on July 3.

He is doing well with maths in class (understanding the concepts quickly and do sums perfect) but not performing well with tests. The problem has be to be dictated. This year I am sending him to a professional teacher for maths alone then also he is on the same position.

@arunima25 He promised me to do things for improving marks in tests as well.

@Sreekala That is a quite common problem. I come across many such children who are sent to me. They either get stressed in exam or lack the skill of presenting their problem solving in steps. So they actually struggle with presentation or lack the skill to do things within a time.

We do watering every day still once they got rain water it looks so fresh and healthy.

@Sojourn They are on the roof mean on 5th floor, just imagine how the heat on top. So watering every day is very important.

Yes, after the rain the weather become hot again. But on Saturday the weather was pleasant as we got heavy rain.

Rain is over and heat is there again today dear. Anyway I enjoy the weather on Saturday. Maths, need to assess more and find out the problem.
