Is there someone in the room?

It's the only one large room on the second floor. The first time I got in was when the previous owner shiowed me all rooms and corners of the house. We moved here after a week we bought it. We three occupied the first floor and we left the room on the second empty and locked. I hadn't checked it again since we moved in. Last weekend, I thought I'd clean out the room on the second floor. I went upstairs only to find the room door ajar. I remember locking it and checked it was locked. Who could have opened it I asked myself. I locked it again and decided not to clean it out. I rushed downstairs and told my wife I'd clean it the next day. She asked me why I didn't do it then I told her about it. She went upstairs and found the room was opened.
