Each of us, finds that there are movies we hate. I know for example that for me the worst movie I've ever seen was "Everybody's all American." Going to that movie, sitting in the theater with a person that didn't want to be around me anymore, is painful. I will always turn that movie off. What is your worst movie of all time? The one you will always turn off.

I have seen so many bad movies that I can't pick one. Same goes for overrated movies. There are movies I refuse to watch in the first place.

I agree, there are many I've walked away from over the years. I actually shut the Hallmark channel down, because they seem to only show horrible movies!

@DocAndersen I actually like most Hallmark movies. No pretentiousness. Fantasy escapism usually with a pretty actress.

Although it had rave reviews, I actually walked out of the movie Elephant Man. It was dark and depressing. For just bad movies, I would pick Cocktail with Tom Cruise. That was just on TV again..the bottle work was cool, the rest of the movie..not!

@JohnRoberts No, it grossed me out, and depressed me. The whole movie shot in black, white and gray did not do anything to improve my mood.

A lot of times sequels to movies can be pretty bad. It's hard to measure up to the original. Godfather III was one that was nowhere near as good as I & II. The Twilight series was pretty bad after the first one. Howard the Duck was a really silly one. One of George Lucas's worst. It's probably easy to name quite a few if they weren't so forgettable.

oh yea..howard the duck sucked bigtime. for one,it barely looked like him.for two,i think the script was written by someone who never read the comic.
