Zoo trip

Although I wasn’t allowed to go with my daughter to the zoo for her school field trip I knew she was in good hands. On of her friends mom’s was going with class and was the lead parent for her and 3 other classmates. She sent me this picture of my girl on the bus.
She has a good time so good in fact I got a picture of her sleeping on the school bus. Haha if must have been a busy trip. She saw otters, elephants and she mentioned a couple of other animals.

@rakski why does she look younger or older. She is kind of small for her age but she is bright in math.

That is wonderful she had such a good time. I know I always enjoyed school trips because we did not have to spend the day in the classroom.

With 3 kids I would be difficult till they are all in school to go. One day I’ll go on one with them.

Yes it is! We plan to go back as a family during the summer to see the Dinosaurs there.

@MommyOfEli2013 Awww we have the big National zoo and then a lot of these come pet zoos there is a farm that is for free that we go to some times but it’s not the same as the zoo

I can't believe she's wearing a jacket! We're already experiencing 100-degree days here in Florida! Thank god I manage our swimming pools, because that means I get to come to work in shorts. Otherwise I would die from the heat!

Early morning that day was 50 degrees it got up to 80 by afternoon. We have cold mornings, warm days, cold nights till late June early July.

@ShyBear88 You're so lucky! Our lows only get down to about 75-76 at this time of year. My air conditioner pretty much runs all day and all night long.
