Got a phone call first thing this morning. A friend of many years called to tell me of the death of one of our mutual friends. Totally unexpected. She was in perfect health. Everyone is very upset at the news. She had a family. Grandkids. We never know in life when our time will come. No matter how healthy we are. It can happen. Our lives can end. Not something I prefer thinking about but it is reality. I try to live every day to the fullest. When you have lost someone unexpected in your life it never gets easier. Each time you lose someone, it catches you off guard. A reminder to tell those you love how you feel and visit as often as possible.
