Hello everyone, I hope you have all had a good Monday so far and all is well! Things are okay here. We went to taco bell for lunch (I ate low carb). Then I had an appointment with my nutritionist. She was happy because I lost some weight since I last saw her (7 weeks ago) and lost some inches. Now I am here hanging out.....and sharing this photo with you for today. It's a yellow sunflower (yesterday I shared one of the red/Velvet Queen sunflowers). What do you think of the yellow sunflower?

I like it! I finally got to understand how to get little things big on my phone photo taking...so the next time I hope to get better pictures. It's a beautiful flower. I hadn't seen the red/Velvet Queen sunflower so I'll be looking for it. I thought there were only yellow sunflowers.

@MommyOfEli2013 I didn't know that...learned something new!. I just got some fresh ones today, at Marukai Wholesale Mart and Foodland Supermarket, where they get their flower deliveries today, so I got some fresh ones which I'll bring to church for Memorial Day. We have an ancestral family niche at church to visit. Sat. when the library is closed I plan to go to church to drop off the flowers beating the rush for Memorial Day and do some shopping and window shopping as well. Got a long weekend coming with Mon. off. So I won't be mylotting after Frid. till Tues.

That's good to hear, so sounds like a great plan! Oh yes...there are more than just the traditional yellow ones! There are the velvet queen, Mexican sunflowers, and many other ones

Thank you, I thought it was too...Eli did a good job growing these :) Thank you, it is good to lose both...I am usually up or down half an inch each time but I think I lost 2 inches this time.

Very pretty! I love sunflowers. Our garden is overgrown but maybe I will get some seeds to toss in and see if any grow.

That is probably from the editing I did lol....I was trying to fix the lighting in the photo. These might have not been just plain yellow ones either though.
