Ordering Olive Oil Online

I love high-quality olive oil and especially if it has been infused with flavor. When I was in Florida I went to two different olive oil stores to buy small bottles to sample. Here in Connecticut, the local store has lots of flavors but in much larger more expensive bottles. I decided I wanted to order some from my Florida favorites. I love the Internet, I was able to order 6 bottles from Mt Dora and 7 from Ocala. It took two days for the Ocala oil to arrive and 4 days for Mt Dora. Yes, I did have to pay for shipping but in this case it was so worth it to me. Especially with my air fryer cooking, the infused olive oils make my food taste wonderful. I used my Tuscan flavor on my chicken breast along with Herbs de Provence and the chicken was amazing.

I made bacon this morning for my grandson Jack, it comes out so perfect. I made a pork loin on Monday, it was juicy and delicious.

@Amadeo Its too bad that we didn't live closer, I would cook you something in the air fryer and then if you liked it, let you take it home and make some in it yourself before buying one. That might be all it takes to sway Mike to get one.

I love Tuscan Olive Oil, I bought 4 bottles in Italy last week and I bought Greek olive oil yesterday at Aldi. We use a lot of olive oil at home.

@BelleStarr I've been looking for different ways to make chicken as I can get bored with it pretty quickly.

I only use one olive oil from Tuscany and have been using it since we first got married. Sometimes I make my own infusions using it, but prefer using fresh spices and herbs.

I am too lazy to make my own since it would mean having the fresh herbs in the house, fresh being the definitive word. lol I like blood orange and lime jalapeno and mango, all add unique flavors I enjoy using. .

It does allow us to buy things from all over the country instead of just our town.

Those infused olive oils sound delicious Belle. I have been using Avocado oil though I live olive oils too. Avocado has the highest smoke point.

I do it for the flavor which I really like to change up and I use it mostly in the air fryer. But I know how healthy avocados are too, even though I don't particularly like the taste.

Just for kicks check Mt Dora Olive oil and The Olive Oil Market in Ocala Fl you will get a small idea about the flavors available. Both of them offer a few choices the other doesn't.

We use olive oil much more frequently since we got our air fryer also. You have a wonderful selection now. Its too bad that we don't live within walking distance, I'd pop over for a visit and borrow a little to try.

It really changes the taste of things cooked in the air fryer and I would gladly let you try some. I have some with mango and jalapeno, lime, blood orange and lots of others.

@BelleStarr I love how easy it is to change the tastes of foods thru the use of different flavoured oils and seasoning with the air fryer. All of the commenting and reading about food, I am getting hungry really early for my lunch today.

Those little bottles cost $4.50 each so not a big investment and a chance to enjoy lots of different flavors.

@BelleStarr when't comes to olive oils, the better quality'uns 're quite spendy. the bonus bein' don't take's much to make'n impact'n flavor neither. so glad ya got the variety pack coz that makes cookin' that much more fun :)

That sounds lovely. Does it keep well? I would be afraid that if you only use a little, you would not use it all before it went bad.

It lasts for a long time, I have never had a problem with it going bad on me. It is best when it is fresh however so I don't open the all at once.
