My dream pond

I wish I had a fish pond again. Before I moved to my present house, we had lived in our first house, which was much bigger than the one we are living in now. It had two fish ponds where we had lots of fish for our meals. Actually I feel sorry having sold the house, which our daughters love so much but at that time we had no choice.
Although our present house is smaller in size, I feel happy because my wife has got lots of friends in the neighborhood.
Our front yard is not large but I think it is still possible to build a small fond. I told my wife about it but she hasn't responded yet. But I am sure I will be able to have it built.

I would love to have a little pond, not to have fish to eat just to enjoy and take care of. I would spend hours just watching them swim around haha Hopefully it will be possible for you to have a pond! That sounds like so much fun!

A fish pond would be really cool. My aunt had one in her yard loaded with big goldfish. She lived in a rural region with plenty of land so it was practical. The neighborhood cats would have a feast if I had one in my yard.

When you do or if you do get it built, what types of fish are you going to put in it?

It is called "gurame" fish, which is high in demand in the market. I don't need to take it to the market; the fish sellers will come to pick it up.
