Where in the World?

One of the most interesting things about MyLot is finding out where everyone lives. Some of you have it specified along with your avatar; but some of you just have marked "United States". Most of the other countries are marked. If it's not, please let me know what country you live in, and especially which state of the U.S.A.
I live in NE Ohio, 2 miles from Lake Erie, in the snow belt. I'm within driving distance of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Cleveland Indians baseball team, the Cleveland Browns football team and the Terminal Tower.
Where do you live? What's special about your area? Please share! I'm going to mark these down so I don't have to ask again!

I know exactly where you are. Did you get any of that bad weather today? It's lost a lot of its punch; but there were places that got huge hailstones. I hope you just got some rain.

I live in Lake Charles Louisiana which is about 35 miles from the border with Texas on the Southwest side of the Bayou State.

I am in Alabama, just outside the city limits of Anniston, I am 1 hour from Birmingham and 1 1/2 hours from Atlanta.
Lakes and rivers, small water falls and mountains with hiking.
Talladega Super speedway is just a few miles away, Nascar racing. Racing hall of fame beside the track. Also the Talladega short track dirt racing every weekend, My friends own this.
Civilized or wild, its all around.

That's cool that you are close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! I live in a small town in southern Idaho. Not much here really....although there is the Snake River.
