I was watching Django unchained ( very good, I must confess) but it was too violent for me.
So I changed the channel and discovered a light movie called Just go with it. The main actors are Adam Sandler y Jennifer Aniston. They are not great actors, but they are nice. And this is my kind of movie at this stage of life.
Do you change the movie in the middle of it when it is too much for you? I´ll finish watching it and I´ll come back. See you

I love that movie with Jennifer and Adam, and like you, I prefer those kind of movie genre presently than movies like Django Unchained. Agree that it's too violent for my liking as well, even if it has a good and solid storyline.

It is. But I think that I am too old for that kind of violence.

@ihasaquestion I used to like a good violent movie. But that was when my husband was alive.

@marguicha Don't worry; me too. One is never too old or young to recognize and not enjoy watching violent shows..

@marguicha I usually check the trailer online to see if it's something too violent or gore that I cannot stand.

@marguicha I stopped watching horror violent movies when I was a child.
There are movies that have violence in them that I don't find bad movies - Star Wars, Lord of the Rings for instance. It's part of the action. But violence for violence sake, no, I don't watch those.

I am going through NYPD Blue series and I even switch between episodes if I don't like how things are going.

Yes. But many movies I used to love are too violent for me now.
