Do you receive suggestions here?

Sometimes I receive suggestions, but this doesn't happen often. After I read the suggestion or answer to it, the red sign doesn't disappear. I have to click on suggestion many times. Even if I was here for a year, I don't know how to send suggestions. Do you receive suggestions here? Do you answer to them? Or you just ignore them?

Yes, I got few friends here who often suggest me and I sincerely follow the discussions as normally they are interesting ones to respond!

I have never seen a suggestion that I remember, I think I will try to find what you are talking about...not sure what it is about.. I just figured what you are talking about, I found the suggestion section. I have been here for a long time and never used it.
