I am getting a late start on posting today as I have had a busy morning, Church in the morning, a fellowship meeting afterwards, planning for Pastors Farewell party, she’s not going to be an easy one to replace this amazing woman gives so much of herself to her congregation! This is the woman who refuses to let any of her congregation stand on a ladder to clean the stained Glass Windows, so she climbs the ladder and does them herself. This is the woman that wraps you in living kindness the first time you meet her! A genuine person who gives so fully of herself! This is the woman who ministers to the sick, who prayers over the dying, who grieves when we grieve! This is the woman who will never be forgotten! She served from July.01.2009- and will be officially retired on July.01.2019 I knew her for ten months of that time, but she’s one of those people who feel as if they have all been there! These are just some thoughts, I’ll be putting something formally together for her farewell party!
