A cookout on the beach

Weekend is the best time for a cookout on the beach. We live about 15 km from the beach. It's about 20 minutes drive from our home. One day before the weekend, my wife did the shopping. She bought fish, meat, vegetable and other things to be cooked there on the beach. Rice was cooked at home. On the beach, we rented a hut or shelter just in case it rains. We set out at 9 am so that we had plenty of time before lunch time. The kids that came with us played around the sandy beach; my wife prepared the site and arranged the stove, frying pan, plates and so on. I was not involved in the preparation. Instead, I got ready for a 45-minute trekking around the beach area as you see the photo of recorded track. How was your weekend?
