Has recently encountered a problem. I want to withdraw money from the site to my bank account, but my country does not have PayPal yet. Maybe you know how to make money with PayPal on a bank card?

If PayPal does not support your country, you cannot receive payments using it. If the site you are referring to has alternative methods of payment, then you should explore those, though they may make charges which would make it uneconomic. Why don't you give more details about the country you are from?

Guess you must have a PayPal account as a mandatory one.. I'm also wondering if it would be a violation if we use our friend`s or family member's(I mean relatives in other place) PayPal account, so you can check with them mutually for doing a Fund Transfer? Not sure though .. any suggestions?

Ask someone to receive money via PayPal and transfer them to other payment processors likes payoneer. Except Stripe most of the payment gateways are supported in my country.

I know this is a problem for quite a few people. I do wonder if there is a way that you could open a U.S. bank account online such as at Ally or something and then link a PayPal account to that U.S. account? It might be worth a try, but not sure what the rules are about people from outside the U.S. opening up bank accounts here and whether or not you could somehow link those bank accounts to your own local bank.
