I have a neighbor who has grown two cats in a cage. He feeds the cats well actually but he seldom lets the cats out of their cage simply because he is afraid of his cats being stolen. As you may know that Persian cats have good prices depending on the physical condition of the cat. Secondly he is busy working away from home and he has no one to trust to look after the cats.
Yesterday, I came to look at the cat and my! the white cats look dirty and miserable.
Whats your take on this. I will go back to take the photo of the cats so you will see how dirty they are.

@yanzalong No animals should be kept in a small cage, but for cats is a sort of torture.

I agree with you. He told me if he let them go free, someone will pick them up. Persian cats are expensive.

Do they live inside and outside? That is not right keeping them in a cage. You bring them inside and you keep an eye on them. You need to respect them. That is horrible keeping them in cages.

The owner said if he doesn't keep them in a cage, rhe cats will run away and play and it is difficult to catch them.
