How it works is the House can bring charges---That's what Impeachment is---Then he would be tried in the Senate and removed from office if they found him guilty. That's the sticking point because we do not have enough votes in the Senate to convict (It takes 67 votes) BUT impeaching him would make public all the evidence from the Mueller Report and other investigations and that would result in arrests of people around him and might force him to resign. Pence, too, because he's also in the Russian deals up to his neck and God only knows how many other illegal things. Normally, if a President is Impeached and removed, the Vice President automatically becomes President. If Pence is also Impeached or forced to resign, Nancy Pelosi would be President. She is third in line.

@amadeo On the investigation to get him impeached. Millions of dollars are being spent on something that isn't going to happen. Trump will be out soon and that money has been wasted. Trump does a lot of wasting money too, don't get me wrong.

There is a huge list of crimes but the biggest ones are obstruction of justice, bribery and misuse of power.
