Took this sunset photo from my deck. I enjoy all sunsets I have witnessed. The clouds seem to make each one unique. Added a favorite quote in the sunset photo.
....You are the driver of your own life. Don't let anyone steal your seat.
Not sure who wrote this one but I heard it years ago. The words are so true, you make your own choices in your life. Make sure you hold true to yourself and never allow others to make choices for you.

Thanks, I really enjoy seeing them from the deck. Sometimes the entire sky is lit up.
I am not one who believes in fate or that things are pre-determined.
Maybe since losing Dustin. But my thought process has changed to a day at a time.

i used to make all my own choices. but these days I have none. as the saying goes I usually don't have a choice. I have to go with the only one. I wonder how you got that to print into your photo. wish I could do such things.

beaut 'f a sunset! a tad envious yer view seems to be 'ncluttered.
like the quote. too oft folks blame others fer their failures 'r let folks get the 'pperhand 'n keep 'em from blossomin'. reality bein' ('n most cases) the decision 'tis 'ntirely theirs they make'n life.

I let my mother make choices for me. I was in her house and she was paying for my schooling; so I went along with what she chose. When I was in my 30s I went back to college and took courses that *I* wanted to take. If I had it to do over, I would have been more assertive in my choice of school and major.
