Hey Whats Wrong With The Sky?

When I woke I noticed little light coming from the window.
I got up for a pee awake and seen it was 8:30 am!
But....But it's still dark!
I looked out the window, wow! Those are clouds! Could it be? After weeks and weeks, a month, of no rain that we will get rain?
I haven't been this happy about rain in a long time.
How is your morning?

@andriaperry We get fires here in Florida, too. Sometimes, we get smoke from fires in other states. There was one in Georgia a few years ago that burned all summer. I think it was in a swamp or something. We were choked by the smoke.

Maybe you should have put the rain dance off a bit. My kids and some neighbor kids did a rain dance around the coffee table once about a century ago. We were in the midst of a major drought. During the dance, it clouded up and then began to rain for four days. I hope it was just a coincidence.

We are supposed to get rain in the next few days. It will bring the humidity with it. I am not looking forward to the humidity.

I feel for you both. It's 37% here right now and 72f, to me that is high humidity but at least the temps are cool, later today the humidity will drop to around 10% as the temps go up to 95f.
I hope you won't get high temps where you are but I figure that's wishful thinkin.

Wwe are suppose to get heavy rains through next Tuesday here in western NC from a tropical disturbance coming from the gulf. I wanted to mow here at home this morning but some rain passed through the night and the grass is too wet to consider mowing now. At least I got the church's done yesterday. Enjoy your rain, I will ours.

I can understand how feel when you finally get rain. We only get rain in winter and when we do not get it then I wonder where is it and when will we get it.
