If I have eaten at a French Café, it has been a long time ago. I would like to go to one and see if I would like it.

Well, I lived 31 years in France, of course I have been to a French Café (It is Le French café, not La, the café is masculine and NOT feminine).

@db20747 All the "Latin" derived languages are the same, in Italian we have la, le, lo, li, gli and you usually get immediately someone who is not of mother language because they get them wrong. It is the same in Spanish el, lo, las, los... English is an easy language.
