Many years ago I was a school Teacher in Bloomington Indiana.
Indiana University is famous for the Little 500 bicycle race (see the movie Breaking Away). The bicycle race is held before the car race (The Indianapolis 500) and is a huge event in Bloomington.
One year a co-teacher and I decided to have the really little 500 big wheel race for the kids of our class. The picture is of that event.

@CarolDM we did it for two more years. The kids loved it, the newspaper came and took pictures every single year.

we actually raised over a 1000 dollars for St. Jude Children's Hosptial and nearly 5000 for the Riley Hospital for children that day!!!
