So much to be thankful for!

Hello lovely people! I am on an internship which started a couple of days back and presently I am in a very remote block of Jharkhand in rural India. I am here to study the impact of a government scheme on maternity benefits that was introduced in 2013.
While traveling this beautiful place situated between sad, gorgeous mountains with such good people I realized how much we complain about the little things that really do not matter. When millions are denied of the most basic things that we do not care about; how entitled and arrogant are we.
Life is beautiful, you guys! You just have to look for the good and everything will be that way. We have so much, we are so blessed and we all are GOOD. Even the broke, destroyed, drunkard(who is not to be blamed because the maximum luxury he was allowed all his life was a mango from a road-side tree) who was tend-to unconscious but offered me a chair while I was filing complaints because I was in the sun.

Yes, and it is the duty of the privileged to contribute towards a totalitarian development.

This post is just like a reminder to all. This reminds me of something I have read lately that, " the life we are living now is the dream of many..." So,YES we must be satisfied with what we have and lead a blissful life:)

It is good to be thankful for things. We should face a problem when it happens, and a friend of mine once said that another person's problems shouldn't diminish our own. We should, however, be grateful for the positive things, appreciate what we have. I decided a few years ago to make sure to look for good things and even turn negatives into positives where that was possible. Problems are an inevitable part of life but we must not dwell on them.

Absolutely agree!! The blessings are all around us if we just look for them. God is such a good Father and always deserves to be praised for all He has done for us! =)

Accurate!
We should be really thankful for what we have and we must appreciate what we have because the more we look for something that we don't have it will really make us life complicated and uncontented. We must look forward and appreciate even those little things and we should be feel blessed every day even if you don't have what you want. We should work ourself out don't forget to thank our lord eveyrday .
