Ugh, talk about creepy insects!

Sharon had started a discussion earlier about creepy insects, it is a little chilly outside so my window was totally closed fortunately, although it couldn't have gotten in the screen anyway, but I just saw a bug attracted by the light ramming into the window..I had never seen one like it here..It had green leaflike wings, and a huge fat insect body! I have seen leaf like insects but this one had a huge fat body. It was really gross. The cat of course was immediately attracted and wanted a piece of that action!!! Thank God, the window was totally closed because the cat has been known to get very enthusiastic, and actually knock out the screen..What is the creepiest insect you have seen?

Am I going to be the one freak here that says that bug sounds adorable? Probably haha Not many insects actually freak me out, I think the only thing that will actually make me squeak would be a scorpion, but anyone would freak out over that. Cockroaches don't even freak me out anymore, if they fly then I will scream but most of the time I just try to slide them onto some paper and put them outside.

@snowy22315 Oh probably haha I would probably try and catch it to put it back outside. I have done that with many bugs.

Lots of silverfish insects here and fleas!!!!!!! I dont' even have any pets

Fleas are nasty and insidious and I don't like Silverman or mealworms.

we got problems here with very big flying roaches. You don't see them every day but when you do it's swat time.

For some reason, I don´t mind so much green insects as I freak with black ones. Roaches are the worst.

I hate most of them I will let them live if they stay outside though except if they are wasps or trying to eat the wood.

Well bees aren't bad if they stay in their proper place and ladybugs are kind of cute.
