Thank you very much for all your comments and likes on my soursop/guyabano discussion. I never thought I would receive a lot of comments. As there are loads of comments, please wait for my interactions to your discussions. Some of you I have already replied, some I have not yet although I have liked your comments. I am on and off here today. This afternoon, I am going to make French macarons. This will be the first time for me to make them. I hope I will be successful. I have seen a lot of photos and videos about making French macarons and I am curious how it tastes. Wish me luck. Baking French macarons is a challenge for me. The almond flour is very expensive and so I only bought the grated almonds and will grind them to powder. Well, let see how it goes. I will add a photo of my cupcakes later when I use my Ipad. @thelme55 Oh, what a shame. You must be allergic to the muts. It's best you don't eat them again, because the next allergic reaction will build upon itself and may be worse. I'm so sorry, but everyone else will love them!

This reminds me to make my own banana bread too. We have a lot of bananas and I’ve recently started to like it but never have the time to do it. I’m sure your cupcakes turned out yummy. Is that the one in the picture?

French macarons are a pain, remember to let them rest before baking. The surface must be dry. Be sure that the almond floor is very fine. Good luck, you need luck for French macarons.

@thelme55 The important is that they taste good, I like the taste of macarons, I also fill them with a chocolate ganache. A butter cream is also good, but it's too hot now, it melts.
