Hello myLot.
It’s 3:16 in the afternoon here and it’s Sunday.
Nothing special today aside from greeting my Father a Happy Father’s day.
Below is my Before and After photo.
I used to take selfie of myself whenever I went to the center or somewhere, but after the changes last year, I don’t like taking pictures anymore. It saddened me about the changes in my physical form now. I can’t take it and I even despise myself. But what else I can do?

I could notice that you have lost quite some weight and your face shows it. But you look pretty in both pictures.
