What usually makes you sleepy in the morning?

Someone said that if we wanted to stay awake during the day, we shouldn't have breakfast. He told us to start eating at lunch time and eat as much as you can and stop eating at dinner time. What's your take on this? Some people I heard that they cannot go on without eating breakfast. These people never miss breakfast, lunch and dinner as these three meals are important to keep us healthy. What about you? Did you have a big breakfast? Have a great day!
