Because of the air right now, I need a fresh drink, so I make melon juice without sugar. But I have to drink immediately, if in 2 hours the taste will be sour. You know when the juice expired?

sure looks good 'n refreshin'. when ya make these sorta thingies 't home, there'd be no preservatives. possibly if'n ya put such'n the fridge 'r freezer, ya could make 't last longer.

You are right, in the fridge maybe it can take longer but melon can also be rotten so I have to drink it the day when I make it.

@crazyhorseladycx I think melon cannot be forever fresh, this fruit is very easy to remove substances that can make it no longer fresh.

This melon ripens quickly at any temperature compared to other fruits.

I don't have knowledge that fresh fruit juices have an expiration.

Melon is different from other fruits, this fruit is very easy not to be fresh if it has been mashed within few hours.

It doesn't stay long. We have to store it in a fridge.

Stored in the refrigerator can also only be up to a few days because melons are more easily rotten compared to other fruit.
