sure looks good 'n refreshin'. when ya make these sorta thingies 't home, there'd be no preservatives. possibly if'n ya put such'n the fridge 'r freezer, ya could make 't last longer.

@crazyhorseladycx I think melon cannot be forever fresh, this fruit is very easy to remove substances that can make it no longer fresh.
