Welcome to a funny story. On Friday I had a dance performance and I was able to have plenty of time to get ready. That little intuitive thought came into my head and told me to get ready early. So I did. Because you should listen to the intuition. My least favorite part of dance and performance in general is getting ready. So, I took a quick shower and started putting on my face / stage make up. Then I thought, why not try a new product I had purchased. So here comes review #1 - Bath and Body Works body bronzer "At the Beach" fragrance So, when you demo this at the store it leaves a fine mist of golden brown glitter on the back of your hand and smells delightful. When you are doing your entire body it is really hard to spray on, you get stripes. So you're thinking "alright, I'll just rub the stuff around" right? Wrong. If you let it dry for , say 20 seconds it's set and no more smearing can happen. Your only choice is to then spray heavily everywhere. Now, it did smell nice, and I did like how most things in my bathroom were covered in beautiful glitter, but other than that I give it 1 out of 5 stars. So - I had to do another shower, *scrub* myself raw and still be streaky, until I thought of product #2 which rescued me. Enter: review # 2 Avon's Skin So Soft bath oil mist My family has had a bottle of Avon's Skin So Soft since I was a little kid. The secret application of this bath oil, is that it can get sticky tag residue off of just about anything. I prefer the kind that comes in a mist bottle This is a lovely, lightweight body mist that spreads on the skin brilliantly. It moisturizes better than any lotion I've tried and leaves behind a mildly "clean soap" scent. And, as it turns out, it also gets off streaky bronzer quite easily. lol. Photo: Pixabay
