I really didn't know what to write for today, but I have kept myself busy.
I went to the pool this morning. I had a lot of energy, which was good as it gave me a very good workout in the pool. Then it was off to do grocery shopping. I went a little above my budget today, but I'm hoping I won't need to buy as much next week. We'll see.
This morning I also went to my friend's doctor appointment with her. She's okay after her emergency room visit last week. The doctor said everything looked good. However, the doctor still won't sign the paper so she can become a foster mom. She's really disheartened about that with her love of children. So, she's going to try to do babysitting. She has fliers up in several places around town.
That's been my day. My notifications are finished and time for me to work on a book or two.

Yesterday was long, and I had no TV other than DVR for part of it. Today seems to be running smoothly. About to check the weather to see if we have a re run of yesterday's storms.

@just4him Not sure, it kind of looks like a replay of yesterday, and Wednesday the chance of storms is even higher!

I was in the next town north most of the day sitting in a courthouse hallway. My son is having his custody hearing.

Happy your friend is alright, but I find that really unfair about the not being able to be a foster mom. I mean, what if she had children of her own? Then she'd be a mom with or without the dr consent. But anyway. I like her attitude, at least she can maybe do some babysitting

Budgets are like rules, they're meant to be broken. But you went under last week, so your averaged total for the month can still be good.

Halloo. My day was nice thanks. We had a Public holiday today (Youth day). So I spend my day visiting with the kids and crocheting.
