Which one do you prefer: yogurt or ice cream?

I love both of these desserts. But my husband does not like yogurt, When we went to a supermarket, i asked him to pick my favorite brand and it was a yogurt. He said, he didnt like it. Yogurt is more nutritious than ice cream. And it was not a typical sour yogurt. In fact, it tasted like ice cream. What about you?

Yogurt is more like a kind of snack for me. I like ice cream as dessert.

I like both but it is rare that I have ice-cream. I can have healthy yoghurts but I don't think there is such a thing as healthy ice-cream. I'll occasionally fancy it but usually when I don't have any. Which isn't difficult considering I hardly ever buy it!

I also like both of them. Yogurt is different for me they have a distinct taste that is appealing to me as well. I like the Greek Yogurt they have a different taste and I like it very much.

@Janet357 I do not know how to describe it but its different from the regular or the flavoured ones. The sour and sweet taste is just very distinct from others and the texture is much more firmer than those regular ones.

@rsa101 yes. speaking of yogurt they say that commercial.ones, the flavored ones.are not actually healthy because of sugar. they put a lot of sugar.so the healthy one is the plain whichnis sour

both are good! i usually have yogurt more than ice cream but sometimes you need a sweet ice cream treat.

@Janet357 I like yougurt over ice cream . There are a variety of flavors in yogurt that makes it very delicious as is ice cream , that is why not just being nutritious is the reason to choose yogurt.
