What did you have for lunch today?

Sorry I haven't done a lunch post in awhile, but I've been busy with other things.
Today I worked at the preschool and smelled spaghetti in the kitchen. I knew lunch would be good, and had big fun with the kids in the morning.
At lunch time, I discovered that the spaghetti was actually home-made lasagna, one of my favorites, and was asked by two of the kids at "my" table to "sit next to me!"
Happily, they were next to each other, and I was able to squeeze in between them.
But then the "teacher from Hell" (also at our table) demanded that I get milk, and then help a kid who was crying, and then take her seat, as she had to do something else.
But the time I got to eat, most of the lasagna was gone, and there was chaos at the table as kids were fighting for seats, being yelled at by her, and playing, rather than eating.
I did get a piece of lasagna, but my wonderful lunch, between Chance (a troubled former Foster Care kid whom I'm really good with) and Camila (a cute little Mexican-American girl who adores me because I listen to her stories) was ruined.
When I came home, I had toast with butter, cream cheese, and lox, and now feel I am ready to face the evening.
I will write more about the "teacher from Hell" later. She has succeeded in getting one kid removed from the preschool by her parents and undoing 2/3 of the work I have done with Chance. But that's enough for now.
What did you have for lunch today?

I just had a bologna sandwich. The humidity is up and I was not that hungry. You got me craving lox now.

I made buffalo wings in the air fryer and crab rangoons, It was delicious. I don't care for lox but my hubby does, I would just have toast with cream cheese. I had celery and peanut butter for dinner.

@SophiaMorros If I bought a "six pack," I'm sure I'd be OK. How long should I boil them for?

@didinedhia It was odd. I think of McDonalds as fast, simple and predictable. This place was anything but any of the above.

Booooo on that mean teacher. We took my mom to the new Whole Foods they built locally (they moved from their previous location . . . it's like 3X bigger!). We went to the extensive food bar before, but hadn't tried the pizza . . . so we took some slices to go so we could bring it back home to my dad. But you know, pizza is pizza - it was "ok".

A slice of gas station pizza.
Sounds like she is not fit to be in a preschool.
