Adopted a new fish

So over Father’s Day weekend we adopted this African Ciclade. One of my Facebook friends saw him first and tag me in the post about someone needing to find this fish a new home. I saw it and told her my husband would probably take it I need to show and him and ask. So I showed him the picture and he said yes. So I contacted the women letting her now we could get him the next day.
So we got this big blue guy with a common pleco which is pretty good size right now and we put both in different tanks but they are being taken good care of. We have 9 tanks so it’s easy to places one fish in one of those tanks.

He isn’t nasty, thanks for the warning which isn’t need it. He is a tank with his own kind. It has a lot of that type in it and they all get alone just fine. They get feed well which helps keep them nice and calm.

@NJChicaa only when they are not feed well and a lot of people don’t do research on proper tankmates. His tank mates are other cichlids so he will be just fine.

It's a big fish you got and can take care of! That's good for you and your husband like taking care of fish and have the equipment to take care of the little big guy (girl).
