Who laced the Titanic's meal?

Let me clarify from the set off that I am referring to the movie and not the actual tragedy. It was 1996 and the cast and crew broke off for lunch hour. Chowder, of an undecided variety, was amongst the things being offered. Unbeknownst to the crew, the chowder was laced with PCP. Several people would describe feeling off, and James Cameron would end up leaving the set to retch only to come back to an empty set. The hospital they inevitably ended up at would have to deal with a rowdy crowd of drugged individuals, racing down the hallway in wheelchairs and generally not being able to stay still. Charcoal (for food poisoning) would be shoved down their throats before the toxicology report came back and PCP was discovered in the Chowder. There are one or two theories, one being that a recently fired crew member had messed with the chowder as a means to get back at the catering crew, whom he had been quarreling with before his departure. I had never heard of this before today, have you?
