Pancake Sandwiches Anyone?

Have you ever run out of bread and did not know what to do I have so I looked in my fridge and pantry and saw I had ingredients for pancakes so I whipped me up a batch and Wala I had pancakes for bread and they where delicious I put my honey roasted turkey breast and cheese in the middle and I was good to go.
Have you ever had pancake sandwiches if not after today would you give it a try.

@amadeo I wont eat all of that myself I may have 1 of the pancake sandwiches and give the other to someone else.

It was not inviting to me to at first. But as they say do not knock it till you try it. I tried it and loved it.

Thanks for following. I never had a pancake sandwich before, but this looks like my idea of a good meal so I will try it myself this weekend. Yum Yum.

Yep I love being in the kitchen trying new and exciting things I was never good at art so food is my canvas.

I never did that but it’s interesting for breakfast for dinner if I do it with the kids.

a burger chain did that for their breakfast meals. but when i tried it, i found the pancakes not thick/heavy enough (too airy), unlike the burger buns where there's a balance between bread and meat with each bite.
