What Are the Perks in Your Workplace

My daughter got a good Kindergarten education free as a perk of my job. I heard in multinational companies, the products are flowing free. Do you have a coffee counter? A sleeping area? An option to work from home 3 times a week. I used to be happy that there are no overtimes in my workplace except on rare occasions. Once the clock ticks 5pm, we're out of the office. That for me is a perk. Not anymore, 40hour workweek is unimaginable to me.

Currently, I'm not working. But when I used, we'd many perks.. Laptop to work with, Smartphones for employees for their own perusal, good monetary benefits, no-cost lunch, snacks and beverages all time.. and what not!

Where I used to work, the schooling of the kids might not be free but you can have it deducted from your salary as a perk (from kinder to college and more). Also, hospitalization and medications were free.

@yoalldudes we do not have hmo, but we have our own infirmary clinics and the medicine came from the hospital pharmacy itself.

Free medicines and check ups would be very beneficial to me as reimbursement.

No advantages as such... Other than giving pain in our head. Jokes apart... We have coffee counter, gaming zone, badminton court, gym, yoga centre... I think many

@yoalldudes I think you don't need it.l I do believe that you are working in the local government, right? I think you will be so wasted if you teach online. It is just my opinion.

Aside from my paycheck, virtually none. Luckily they pay me very well because we have no health insurance (I get that through my wife's job), no 401k pension plan, few holidays, crappy vacation offering... It's a wonder actually I am still here. 9 years now. lol
