My dad loved to take pictures of flowers

He grew them, but mostly as a defense against bugs rather than as things of beauty. Dad was a functional Gardner!
These flowers he took, and he has many pictures of flowers, were as close as he got to intentionally being flower and beautiful. Again he was a practice, Gardner. He loves tomato flowers.
He loved the delicate flowers on fruit and nut trees
Funny how when someone is gone you look back and realize what they were doing all those years before....

I like taking pictures of flowers as well. They are so pretty and have many meaning behind them. I’ve garden this year mint and its thriving really well.
