Break fast of sprouted mung, kidney bean.

Most of us like some snakes, bread or some other food in breakfast. Today I eat breakfast of sprouted mung, kidney bean. I eat raw with lemon juice, salt and black peeper. It is healthy breakfast. Do you like it. Image : google

@ShifaLk Mixed lemon juice, salt and black peeper. If you like than you can also mix onion, tomato and green chilly.

@simplfred Yes here we also not eating it regularly. In 1999 I was admitted in a Naturopathey hospital, there I eat it 4 month every day with lunch and dinner.

@Starkinds No problem you can eat it. But don't cook it too much. Add onion, tomato salt, black peeper, and lemon juice. It is yummy.
