Trouble With Buffet

I have big eyes, not literally I actually have small to medium Asian eyes but when it comes to food my eyes are extra big.
So I have troubles when it’s buffet or unlimited meals. I tend to take too much than what I could eat. Sometimes I take things that don’t go well with each other. Like the plate above, I think I took too much dessert than main food.
How about you guys how are you when it comes to buffet eating?

I have a bottomless stomach it seems when it comes to eating. I am constantine eating all day long. But I can sometimes bite off more than I can chew, especially with buffets, where I will suddenly find myself too full to finish eating everything on my plate. But surprisingly enough, I will often be hungry again 30 minutes later!

@flapiz I definitely get my money's worth when I go to buffets! Thankfully, I have a lot of room in my stomach to pack away lots of food. And thankfully I also have a very high metabolism where I can burn off all those calories pretty quickly!

@janethwayne I took my time. I get indigestion when I eat too quickly. Talking helps me finish over supplied food.
