I woke up to a very painful dysmenorrhea. The first thing I thought was taking my medicine however I cannot get up right away since it’s painful and I’m getting dizzy as well. When I finally forced myself to get up, I hurriedly took my medicine, the napkins and my phone. Why the need to get the phone? It’s for me to be able to call any of my family members in case I can’t take the pain anymore. I was also praying hard while in the bathroom. I was also convincing myself that I can endure it. Then came the thought of how others who are living alone deal with sickness and sudden pains. I’m praying that they also will have the courage and faith that whatever they are going through they can survive. Now I’m back on my bed with a hot compress. I can also feel that the medicine worked.

Please take care. I suffer from endometriosis for years and I know how terrible the pain can be.

Sorry to know that you've experienced this terrible pain of your mens. Now, are you still experiencing it?

Not so much now. It rarely comes too and I have also started consulting with the OB.

@weevee18 That's fine. My daughter's is different. Her mens takes long to stop. Her OB doctor prescribed her meds for her imbalance hormone. Now she's fine.

Consult a doctor. I suffered for so many years. It was too late when I finally decided to see a doctor. I had myoma. They removed my right ovary and uterus. Now I'm worried again because my last checkup showed my right ovary is still intact. Based on my research, an ovary can regenerate. I'm scared to find out more, so until now, I haven't had this checked again. I feel okay. Not sure if it's also okay inside. Don't be like me. Have your treatment right away.

@weevee18 do it as soon as possible. They say prevention is better than cure. I agree. Good luck!

@wittynet If it happens all the time there is a problem, so it's better to see a doctor.
