Making Carrot soup...

Well, I was wondering what I was going to have for dinner, when I remembered about the recipe for carrot soup I was going to try. So, I chopped up the carrots, put them, the stock, the garlic cloves, the butter and the dill weed (plus a bit of all-purpose seasoning that the recipe didn't call for) and put them on the stove to boil. After this, if I remember right (I need to go and look at the recipe again) I need to put all of this in the blender. This should be interesting...

Looks good to me, I love tinkering with soups, and just had some over the weekend. How did your soup turn out? would you make carrot soup again?
